Policies & Cancellation Agreement

You can pay once (the entire payment) or twice (½ the amount). Either way, after you have made your payment, the dates belong to you. If you selected ½ payment, the other half is due 10 days before your arrival. If we do not receive your second half by ten days before you arrive, we are unable to hold your dates.

Be sure to give thought before signing up. We do not give 100% refunds. If you need to reschedule, we will allow you to reschedule as long as the new dates are scheduled within 6 months of your original Intensive Retreat dates.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• 90% refund if canceled more than 21 days out
• 75% refund if canceled 14-21 days
• 50% refund if canceled 7-13 days
• No refund if canceled in less than 7 days.

If a couple decides to leave their Intensive Retreat before it’s scheduled to be over, they will not get a refund, full or partial. We had this time blocked out for the couple and would not be able to fill that spot with another couple on such late notice.

If a couple chooses not to use the 6 months of follow-up counseling (After-Care), they will not get a refund, full or partial. The 6-month After-Care is offered as a complimentary addition to our retreats.

Our retreats are completely confidential. In certain situations, the confidentiality clauses do not apply. They are: 1.) In the event that you have the intention of harming yourself or someone else. 2.) Child abuse or elder abuse.

We only see opposite gender married couples. We appreciate your understanding.

After you check the box above we can process your payment. We take Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
